Donise Farmer is a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at Genworth Financial, who has over 19 years of experience in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion, Project Management, Property and Casualty Insurance Claims handling, Sales and Customer service. She has spent much of this time working with organizations to develop Diversity and Inclusion strategies, improving workplace culture, and enhancing the employee experience.

Stacy Wood, founder of Through the Woods Consulting, is an author, speaker, coach, and facilitator. Her mission is to grow women’s leadership through the culture of connection and thoughtful planning.

Stacy works with motivated women, international conferences, and top corporations to provide executive coaching, interactive workshops, nature-based retreats, and inspirational speaking.

Her book, “Journey Through the Woods: A Self-Guided Coaching Workbook for Motivated Women” was published in 2019.

Elisabeth Klughardt is the Richmond Branch Lead for Open Eye. With over a decade of experience in strategic marketing roles, she specializes in engagement management and supporting individuals and teams, in achieving their goals. Having worked agency and client-side for a diverse set of industries: software development, digital marketing, non-profit, and IP services, she provides a unique perspective in her role, cultivating a holistic engagement on every project. Elisabeth is an architect for operationalizing goals and bringing the right people together/to the table.

Christian Dawson is the co-founder and senior partner at Open Eye. As an entrepreneur, speaker, thought leader, and change agent, he is driven by his passion for helping others put their ideas into action. Christian intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through an organization, brings them together into a coherent whole, helps others extend their thinking, and drives a path to actualization. With his experience in non-profit executive director leadership and broad technology knowledge from running an Internet lobbying group, Christian is respected as a credible voice in decision making, problem solving, and building top-line strategies.

 

Bree Dodd is a change consultant for Open Eye. With experience in project management and entrepreneurship, Bree blends her creative point of view and operational understanding of streamlined processes into practical strategies that help shape rad brands - she brings her passion for the power of storytelling and the impact of dynamic brand stories to every engagement. She comes alive working with spirited creators, idealists, entrepreneurs, and businesses, who bring vibrant energy and big ideas into the world. Bree is eager to lead people and projects that bring a vision to life. 

Jessica Coffey spent over 15 years working as a resume writer and interview coach. Currently, she is the owner and publisher of Natural Awakenings magazine, a local resource for natural health, wellness and sustainable living news and information. She also owns an e-commerce business, Master Tool Repair, where she oversees human resources and marketing. 

Stephanie Beck is a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at Genworth Financial who, in her short professional career, has worked in the non-profit field, insurance fields, and is currently serving in the military. She understands what it’s like to be a first generation American and is passionate about helping young professionals find their purpose and direction. She’s a working mother, a proud Latina, and a millennial who is eager to share what she’s learned along the way.

Steve Perkins is the Founder and CEO of Greenhouse and The Greenhouse Network, an online membership community for creatives, leaders seekers and creatives devoted to pursuing a life and career of purpose.

 

Sundie Marquardt is the resident expert Career & Life Coach at Greenhouse. She has coached over ten thousand people, spoken on countless stages, and trained groups on communication, career growth, leadership development, parenting, and company culture.

Jonathan Dyke is the CIOO of Xponent21, a digital solutions company focused on delivering end to end enterprise solutions to the SMB Market.

Ellie St. John believes that organizations achieve their strategic goals through great people, and she wants to help companies do a better job of attracting, retaining and developing talent.  She is interested in all things HR, but holds a special place in her heart for encouraging “relaunchers” - people restarting their careers after a break - to get back into the workforce.  

Todd B. Waldo works closely with executives teams to understand current and future needs to develop and champion an enterprise-wide strategy and technology solutions. He is the Founder and Principal Consultant for Hugh Helen, a strategic partner helping organizations improve the reach and impact of their products, programs and services.  With a focus on teams and technology, they help executive teams with strategic plan implementation. They also develop solutions to use technology and data for engagement and impact.

 

Michael Pirron spent the early years of his career as a Senior Consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). His tenure allowed him to consult, with increasingly complex engagements, throughout the EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India) region. During this time, Michael lived or worked in seven countries and spent significant time in over 25 nations becoming conversant in French along the way. When he moved on to be a Product Manager with ViryaNet Systems in Jerusalem, Israel, he added Hebrew to his language skills. Later, while an independent consultant, Michael completed an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

Stevie McFadden received her graduate degree in Organizational Behavior and spent many years in Corporate America in various HR roles  as an HR Generalist at Anthem, Head of HR at Harris Williams, and Director of Global Talent Acquisition at MeadWestVaco. She ultimately pulled on her experience to lead the HR Culture Practice as a consultant at the Frontier Project. As a consultant she has  focused on leadership development, workplace culture, executive coaching and diversity + inclusion. 

Ryan Conrad is the Director of Partnerships for J&A Racing an event management company in Virginia Beach, VA. J&A Racing owns seven road races with over 50,000 participants per year in Coastal Virginia. Ryan manages J&A Racing’s portfolio of partnerships including corporate sponsors and charities. Prior to joining J&A Racing Ryan was the Director of Premium Seats for Live Nation Entertainment where he oversaw VIP Box and Season Seats sales for a 20,000 seat Amphitheater. In 2014 Ryan transited from Live Nation to J&A Racing to follow his love of running and passion for event planning. Ryan is also a RRCA Certified Running Coach and has coached over 1,000 runners.

Justin Etheredge is the founder of Simple Thread, a digital product design and engineering consultancy that partners with companies from fortune 500s to startups to help them design, build, and run enduring digital products.

 

Lauren McDow is a career consultant at Truist, where she helps teammates plan for their growth, development, and internal mobility within the company. Prior to this role, she spent a dozen years working with college students, teaching them how to land internships and their post-graduation jobs. She loves working with people of all levels on their job searches and would be honored to help as your sidekick.

Sarah Milston is the Founder and CEO of The Spark Mill a values-based consulting company focusing on strategy and change. She loves discovering pathways for people and organizations.

Leah Fremouw, Vice President, Director of Community Innovation, Virginia Community Capital, partners with businesses, nonprofits, and localities in a variety of industries and growth stages to support their capital needs and movement to the next level. She helps lead TEDxRVA, the innovative speaker series initiated in 2012, along with Impact 100, where she supports strategies to raise large grant funds for local nonprofits.

Benita Conde is the founder of Create Radical Love a life coaching and consulting approach for people who want to radically love their whole life experience, not just compartmentalized parts of it. Benita is an advertising industry expert with 20 years of experience supporting and guiding the careers of creative people. She now works with individuals globally as a holistic coach guiding each client to lead with intuition, define a calling and take action from that aligned, excited and Infinite place across all aspects of their life experience.

 

Paul Spicer is the Publisher and Editor-In-Chief of Richmond Grid magazine and Here Weekly, a solution-oriented platform for community journalism. He is also a published author, journalist, and a marketing consultant for cause-oriented brands.

Susie Fife founded Red Orange Studio in 2005, and has grown the creative agency into a collaborative team of top-notch designers, illustrators, developers, copywriters, digital marketing experts and other marketing professionals. At 6’2”, Susie stands out in more ways than one. Committed to making an impact on the community, Susie founded The PIP Project in 2018, which provides pro-bono marketing and creative services to Virginia-based nonprofits and start-ups.
