Stevie McFadden received her graduate degree in Organizational Behavior and spent many years in Corporate America in various HR roles  as an HR Generalist at Anthem, Head of HR at Harris Williams, and Director of Global Talent Acquisition at MeadWestVaco. She ultimately pulled on her experience to lead the HR Culture Practice as a consultant at the Frontier Project. As a consultant she has  focused on leadership development, workplace culture, executive coaching and diversity + inclusion.

In 2014 Stevie dipped her toe into the entrepreneurial waters when she started an interior design side hustle. The side hustle grew into a full-fledged business, Flourish Spaces, in 2016 and has since grown it to a team of 5 talented employees. They provide design services for high-end residential projects and commercial interiors, focused on enhancing the user experience and business outcomes.

Stevie has also volunteered with the workforce development program at CARITAS, helping soon-to-be graduates of The Healing Place prepare to re-enter the workforce. A consummate networker, Stevie has a passion for helping not only place but people reach their full potential. Prior to the pandemic, you could frequently find her around town swapping early morning coffee for career advice and connections cultivated over 20 years of diverse professional and personal experiences.
