Turn a “no” into a “know.”  Learn from a rejection, and turn it into something you can use to overcome a future objection.

Ellie St. John believes that organizations achieve their strategic goals through great people, and she wants to help companies do a better job of attracting, retaining and developing talent.  She is interested in all things HR, but holds a special place in her heart for encouraging “relaunchers” - people restarting their careers after a break - to get back into the workforce.

Her career has taken her from 10 years in the film industry, to making a transition into human resources.  She currently holds professional certifications from SHRM and HRCI, and will graduate with a masters degree in Human Resource Management in December.
