Patricia Bradby is the Director of Communications and Programs for Leadership Metro Richmond (LMR). In this role, she fosters connection and community engagement amongst a diverse cross-section of leaders throughout the Richmond Region.  Patricia's career started in live event marketing and production in New York City, where she worked for various concert venues and event promoters both large and small. Her passion for community engagement led her to form a non-profit organization called Threads That Teach which operated for 3 years connecting inner city public schools with innovative opportunities to supplement the budget cuts in arts education.  More recently, her entrepreneurial spirit led to the creation of a tea party catering company called Miss Priss Tea, which she operated here in Central Virginia until its recent closure in December 2019.  Outside of her day job at LMR, Patricia currently serves as the Immediate Past Chair of the Better Housing Coalition Young Professionals board.  She is a graduate of New York University (BM, Music Business) and The University of Texas at Austin (MBA).
